1. Order Cancellation
Orders once placed on myamorya.com cannot be canceled after 1 day.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer support team immediately after placing the order. Cancellation requests will only be considered if the order cancellation requested with in 1 day.

2. Replacement Policy
We offer replacement only under the following condition:
– Replacement is applicable only if the product is damaged during shipping.
– The customer must provide valid proof at the time of unboxing, such as an unboxing video clearly showing the damage along with the original packaging.

3. Important Conditions
– Replacement requests must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
– If the product seal is broken, the replacement warranty will be void and not applicable.
– Replacement is strictly limited to the same product only. No exchange for a different product or refund will be provided.
– Requests without proper proof or raised after the specified timeline will not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Policy
We do not accept returns or refunds under any circumstances other than eligible damaged products during shipping it will be replaced.
